Woodlawn, Wellington.•12:50 a.m. Juvenile male, 16, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for fail to stop before leaving a private drive and no proof of insurance.•3:17 a.m. Officers investigated possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and taxation by a minor by a known suspect under 18 in the 300 block E. Harvey, Wellington.•3:17 a.m. Juvenile,15, was referred to Juvenile Court for possession of marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia and taxation by a minor under 18.•5:21 a.m. Officers by known suspect investigated possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of illegal weapon in the 1200 block E. 10th, Wellington.•5:30 a.m. Officers took a report of suspicious activity in the 1200 block E. 10th, Wellington.•5:54 a.m.  Juvenile male, 17, Wellington was referred to juvenile court for possession of marijuana, possession drug paraphernalia and possession of illegal weapon.•Lancy R. Lough, 52, Wellington was served a summons to appear for placing a tattoo on a person under the age of 18 without parental consent/permission.•Samuel R. Pacino, 28, Wellington was served a summons to appear for failure to remove dog excrement.•Melanie Rouse, 50, Wellington was served a summons to appear for unlawfully hosting minors consuming alcoholic liquor or cereal malt beverage.•Justin R. Goans, 22, Wellington was served a summons to appear for disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, battery of law enforcement officer and obstruction with law enforcement officers.•1:44 p.m. Diane L. Larose, 73, Wellington was issued a notice to appear for speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph zone.•3:14 p.m. Officers took a report of children in need of care in the 300 block N. Olive, Wellington.•7:38 p.m. Non-Injury accident in the 1800 block E. 4th, Wellington involving a vehicle operated by juvenile female, 17, Newton.•8:12 p.m. John J. Noyes, 38, Wellington was arrested and confined on three Sumner County Bench Warrants for probation violations on original charges of fleeing or eluding police officers, battery and possession of marijuana.•8:12 p.m. John J. Noyes, 38, Wellington was arrested and confined for Interference with law enforcement officers.last_img
